Pigly Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Pigly is the product and brand name. Pigly is operated by Yuval Nir, trading as Mehayom Digital, Israel. For privacy questions or requests, contact office@mehayom.info. Yuval Nir, trading as Mehayom Digital, is the data controller for Pigly.

Delete your account in the app

If you can sign in, use the in-app deletion flow:

  1. Open Pigly.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

The in-app flow requires a valid authenticated session. On iOS, Pigly first attempts to remove Pigly's DNS protection and any legacy Pigly Screen Time protection from the device. If that protection cleanup cannot be completed, the in-app account deletion stops and reports an error instead of claiming the account was deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email office@mehayom.info with the subject Account deletion request.

Include:

Do not send your password, authentication code, recovery code, or other secret. We may reply to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What account deletion deletes

Pigly's account-deletion service deletes your authenticated Supabase user account. That deletion removes the authentication identity and sessions and automatically deletes the following account-linked Pigly records:

These four Recovery Backup record groups—the recovery profile, urge logs, relapse records, and relapse reflections—are deleted with the account. They are not retained as a restorable Recovery Backup after account deletion.

After a successful in-app deletion, Pigly attempts to remove local app-storage records scoped to the deleted account from that installation. Removing the app or clearing its app data removes remaining information held only in that local app installation.

Information that was never part of Recovery Backup

Pigly does not upload the following information as part of Recovery Backup:

This device-only information is not present in the Recovery Backup tables. If it remains in a local app installation, uninstall Pigly or clear the app's data to remove it from that device.

Protection and DNS data

On iOS, when Pigly DNS is enabled, NextDNS processes DNS requests to provide domain blocking. Logging is disabled for Pigly's NextDNS configuration, and Pigly does not receive or store a browsing or DNS-request history in its Supabase account database. There is therefore no account-linked DNS history in Pigly's Supabase database to delete. The in-app iOS deletion flow attempts to remove Pigly protection from the device before deleting the account.

On Android, Pigly's protection filter runs locally using Android's VPN permission. Pigly does not store browsing history, requested domains, or blocked-site attempts in the user's Supabase account.

Records that may be retained

Account deletion does not automatically erase every record connected with a purchase or attribution service. Pigly and its providers may retain limited records where reasonably necessary or required for purchase support, refunds, subscription administration, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, creator payments, disputes, legal obligations, or Apple App Store and Google Play compliance. These records can include:

In Pigly's Supabase database, the direct Supabase user reference on retained purchase records is removed when the account is deleted, but retained purchase and RevenueCat webhook records can still contain transaction or RevenueCat identifiers. We therefore do not promise that every retained financial or subscription record is anonymous.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Meta when active, and other providers may also retain information under their own legal obligations and retention policies. A verified privacy request can include a request for us to address provider-held information where applicable, subject to legal exceptions and required retention.

Subscriptions are not canceled by account deletion

Deleting your Pigly account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app also does not cancel a subscription.

Timing

The in-app deletion service deletes the Supabase account when the authenticated request completes successfully. For deletion requests sent by email, we aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. A longer period may be required where permitted by law or needed for identity verification, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, or platform compliance.
